Role Overview
We are seeking a Scientific Marketing Executive to join a growing marketing function within the medical devices and scientific instrumentation space. This hybrid role combines office-based work, remote flexibility, and occasional travel to events and customer sites.
Sitting at the intersection of science and commercial strategy, this role focuses on translating complex technical and clinical applications into clear, evidence-based messaging that supports product positioning, campaign delivery, and lifecycle management. You will work closely with sales, product, and technical teams to deliver structured, insight-led marketing initiatives across a diverse portfolio.

Role Requirements
Develop and deliver high-quality scientific marketing content, including application-focused materials, product communications, and evidence-based campaign messaging.
Support the planning and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, email, events, and professional platforms.
Collaborate closely with sales and product teams to align marketing activity with commercial objectives and support lead generation.
Contribute to digital marketing activities, including website updates, email campaigns, and LinkedIn engagement, ensuring accuracy and relevance.
Support the organisation and delivery of industry events, exhibitions, and customer workshops.
Monitor campaign performance, maintain CRM accuracy, and use data to inform reporting and optimisation of future activity.
Person Specifications
Degree (BSc or higher) in a scientific discipline such as chemistry, biochemistry, life sciences, or similar.
Strong understanding of laboratory environments and analytical techniques including chromatography, spectroscopy, and mass spectrometry.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate complex scientific concepts into clear, structured messaging.
High attention to detail and ability to produce accurate, compliant technical content.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
