Field Service Engineer

You’ll be working in a multi-vendor environment, primarily with X-ray, Mammography, and C-arm systems, including equipment from GE, Carestream, and OEC.

Zenopa has partnered with a US-based company specialising in diagnostic imaging equipment services. They provide sales, installation, parts, and maintenance for systems such as MRI, CT, and nuclear medicine, focusing on prompt, reliable support to minimise downtime in healthcare facilities. They are a well-established business with over a decade of success, a strong customer base, and a reputation for technical excellence.

Previous field service engineering experience is preferred (medical imaging experience a plus, but not essential).
Strong electro-mechanical skills with a proven ability to learn complex systems.
Experience with multi-vendor environments is beneficial (GE/Carestream experience advantageous).
Self-motivated and adaptable, with excellent problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with travel, primarily within a 1.5-hour radius of the workshop (Denver).
