Role Overview
You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, repair, and calibration of specialist equipment across customer sites.

Zenopa have partnered with a German-based company specialising in environmental simulation and clean-air solutions for research, industrial, and laboratory environments. They offer advanced systems for climate testing, air management, clean rooms, and containment-serving sectors such as pharmaceuticals, aerospace, electronics, and life sciences.
Role Requirements
Perform preventative and scheduled maintenance on refrigeration, electrical, and humidity systems.
Carry out repairs, upgrades, and retrofits.
Conduct annual calibration, re-qualification, and validation of equipment.
Provide technical advice and support to customers regarding equipment condition and solutions.
Complete accurate service reporting and liaise with the internal service team.
Travel to customer sites across the West Midlands (occasional UK & overseas projects).
Ensure compliance with health & safety standards at all times.
Person Specifications
Previous experience in a field service or maintenance engineering role.
Strong knowledge of refrigeration circuits and systems (cascade/CO2 experience advantageous, training provided).
F-Gas qualified.
Proficient in pipework, brazing, and silver soldering.
Good understanding of electrical systems; controller/software knowledge desirable.
Problem-solver with the ability to work independently and manage own workload.
Customer-focused with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexible, proactive, and willing to travel with occasional overnight stays.
