Field Service Technician

You will maintain, troubleshoot, and repair a range of laboratory equipment, including ultra-low temperature freezers, refrigerated systems, and cryogenics. Your role also involves installing and servicing alarm systems, ensuring accurate documentation of all performed services.

The company offers preventive maintenance programs and rapid response services to ensure optimal performance of critical lab instruments.

Experience with low temperature refrigeration systems
Experience dealing directly with customers.
Excellent problem solving ability.
Excellent electro-mechanical ability.
Individual needs electro mechanical skill sets to maintain and repair refrigeration systems utilizing PID controllers, diagnose electrical problems with or without electrical schematics.
Hands-on lab equipment experience (may include, but not limited to: refrigeration, ultra low freezer, and LN2 cryo storage)
