Role Overview

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders across NHS and private hospitals, promoting and implementing a leading healthcare credentialing service to ensure compliance and improve operational standards.

Role Requirements

Strengthen compliance and engagement with stakeholders across designated hospitals.
Execute quarterly plans aimed at improving adoption and usage of the credentialing platform.
Monitor hospital visit data weekly and support hospitals to drive improvements.
Identify and act on opportunities to increase service uptake within hospital trusts.
Deliver onsite training and coordinate with departments and procurement teams.
Conduct regular site visits to maintain strong working relationships and support service rollout.

Person Specifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience in an Account Manager role within the MedTech or healthcare sector.
Strong understanding of NHS procurement processes and compliance regulations.
Proven success in meeting and exceeding targets.
Effective workload management and multitasking across multiple accounts.
Willingness to travel for stakeholder meetings and onsite training.
