Support the full lifecycle of pressure vessel projects, from technical design and customer consultation through to installation, commissioning, and aftersales service, across the UK and Ireland.

Role Requirements

Provide on-site and remote technical support for pressure vessel systems
Plan, manage and execute equipment installations, including site surveys and layout modelling
Ensure compliance with PED and other safety regulations; assist in certification documentation
Use CAD and process diagrams to support equipment design, modification, and troubleshooting
Deliver training to customers and internal colleagues on safe system use and maintenance
Collaborate with sales team on technical pre-sales queries and build strong customer relationships
Contribute to office administrative duties as required, including goods movement paperwork

Person Specifications

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, chemical, or process engineering, or equivalent industry experience
Strong understanding of P&ID and PFD diagrams for design and troubleshooting
Experience with pressure-rated systems or laboratory-scale pressure vessels
Full UK driving licence
Excellent problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel regularly—up to two-thirds of time on customer sites
