Role Overview
You will begin as an Internal Sales Representative, developing essential skills such as telephone prospecting, quotation preparation, and supporting the sales team. After one year of proven success, you will progress into an External Sales Engineer role, expanding your responsibilities to include face-to-face client visits, managing a broader sales territory, and playing a pivotal role in driving business growth.

Role Requirements
Support the internal sales function by managing enquiries, preparing quotations, and liaising with customers.
Develop a deep understanding of our products, services, and customer requirements.
Progress to external sales, conducting client visits and managing sales across a defined territory.
Build strong, long-term customer relationships to support repeat business and growth.
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and plans.
Maintain accurate records and documentation to ensure efficient service delivery.
Person Specifications
Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an internal sales role (Strongly desireable).
Strong IT skills, with good working knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, outgoing, and motivated to learn.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
Willingness to travel to cover a large sales area (after one year).
Ideally, experience working with a technical product (mechanical or electrical).
