You will lead HR and administrative operations across EMEA, driving recruitment, performance, and engagement while aligning regional initiatives with global strategy and fostering an employee ownership culture.

Role Requirements

Lead all HR operations across EMEA, overseeing recruitment, performance management, compensation, and employee relations to ensure a positive employee experience.
Partner with hiring managers, Business Operations Managers, and corporate leaders to align HR strategy with business goals.
Adapt and implement HR policies to meet local legal and cultural needs while maintaining global consistency.
Oversee regional facilities, vendor management, and office operations, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
Drive engagement, inclusion, and recognition initiatives to strengthen company culture and employee connection.
Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees, fostering collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Person Specifications

10+ years’ progressive HR leadership experience, preferably across multiple EMEA markets.
Strong knowledge of local employment law, HR policies, and best practices.
Experience delivering HR strategies in a multinational, matrixed organisation.
Skilled at influencing, coaching, and building relationships across all levels of an organisation.
Excellent communication, organisational, and analytical skills.
Strategic thinker with operational execution capability.
Passionate about building inclusive cultures and fostering employee engagement.
