Senior Product Specialist
Role Overview
The company is looking for a Senior Strategic Salesperson to add value into the growing sales team but from a surgical standpoint – they have a team made up of pathology/ histology focused sales people and specialists and for the next phase of growth, want someone who understands the operating room, how to manage and sell to surgeons and clinical staff and someone who has extensive experience selling too NHS procurement and influencing funding changes.

Zenopa are partnerning exclusively with a growing digital pathology company that are disrupting the market with new technologies that is driving point-of-surgery testing forward. They are bringing their new digital microscropy scanner into the UK and European market alongside a portfolio focused on histology.
The digital scanner will create ultra-fast confocal imaging to help clinicians understand the subcellular stucture of affected tissue and visualise the excision’s margins.
Person Specifications
-/ Experience selling capital equipment into theatre – ideally imaging/ endoscopy or similar
-/ Experience selling to NHS stakeholders of all levels
-/ Experience working with NHS procurement and sourcing funding
-/ Experience bring a new product to market
-/ High drive
-/ High resilience and patience
-/ Able to work autonomously
-/ Able to manage multiple external stakeholders and complex long sales processes.
-/ Ideally experience but some exposure to/ interest in pathology or histology
