Role Requirements
Provide specialised technical support for Optics and related products during sales.
Drive innovation for new product concepts and manage suppliers in SAP Business 1.
Responsively handle inquiries, collaborate for accurate quotations, and address technical challenges.
Foster key account relationships, identify new customers, and conduct sector-oriented research.
Manage order pipeline, monitor website engagement, and explore opportunities for new products.
Person Specifications
Sales experience within B2B
Sales/customer service experience in a technical field.
Passion for science and tech.
Proactive team player with strong organisational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Exceptional written and verbal communication.
