Territory Manager - Critical Care
Role Overview
You will serve patients while increasing the sales and profitability of the Specialty in the assigned territory.

Role Requirements
Achieve sales targets within the assigned territory by promoting products and services to key healthcare decision makers.
Demonstrate strong product and clinical knowledge, delivering technical training and support to medical personnel.
Develop and execute annual business plans covering growth, risk management, and competitive activity.
Build and maintain relationships with clinicians, procurement teams, and healthcare organisations to drive market share.
Collaborate with internal teams to maximise customer value, manage budgets, and ensure exceptional service delivery.
Provide product feedback, support evaluations, and maintain full compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
Person Specifications
Previous medical sales experience preferred.
Product or Procedural knowledge an advantage.
Good communication and inter-personal skills.
Language Skills – good written and verbal command of English and other relevant languages.
Excellent numeric skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft® Office.
Proven problem-solving skills.
Excellent organisational skills.
High self-motivation.
