Territory Manager
Role Overview
You will manage a mix of existing accounts and new business opportunities, engaging with a diverse customer base that includes NHS Trusts, universities, colleges, and emergency services.

Role Requirements
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers across the territory.
Identify and convert new business opportunities within healthcare and academic sectors.
Conduct product demonstrations and support implementation of simulation solutions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams, including BDMs, product specialists, and technical support.
Person Specifications
Experience selling medical capital equipment OR general medical sales experience OR clinical experience e.g. nurse, midwife, ODP or paramedic.
Strong communication skills.
Self motivated.
Good presentation skills.
Package
Uncapped bonus – £15k at 100% of target,
Company car – hybrid,
25 days AL,
