Role Overview
Lead and develop the Irish market, driving profitable growth through strategic account management and long-term customer partnerships. This role offers ownership of the territory, combining commercial responsibility with the opportunity to support laboratories and healthcare customers through technically credible solutions.

Role Requirements
Develop and implement annual sales plans, budgets, and monthly forecasts aligned to territory objectives.
Manage and grow the Irish market, building long-term customer relationships and delivering against sales targets.
Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and competitor activity to support territory development.
Conduct regular customer meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations across laboratory and healthcare environments.
Provide responsive after-sales support and maintain high standards of customer service throughout the sales process.
Support marketing activities including exhibitions, seminars, and conferences, while maintaining accurate CRM records and collaborating with European commercial teams.
Person Specifications
Proven sales background essential.
Life Science or IVD experience preferred due to the technical product portfolio.
