Role Requirements
Coach, develop and lead a team of Territory Managers.
Identify and develop growth opportunities within Key Accounts.
Driving sales and managing a budget in a designated area.
Person Specifications
Experience leading a sales team
Veterinary or Pet background
Experience with new business
Ideally existing knowledge within nutrition
