Role Overview
Responsibility for devloping and leading the UK sales team to build, sahpe and implement commercial strategy and drive continuous growth for the business.

Role Requirements
Establish and lead a team in targeted markets and execute go to market plan
Deliver short term annual budget and provide long-range forecasts of in market sales
Collaborate with internal functions to support sales including contract negotiation, market access and medical support
Participate in UK Leadership team to share best practice, & business reviews
Translate International strategy into regional tactics and resource planning
Manage Sales Pipeline, ensuring verifiable opportunities value and timing in place to fulfil short/medium term revenue goals
Person Specifications
Strong sales and medical device experience from within capital sales in human or veterinary markets.
Knowledge and commercial experience from the UK with a track record of lead generation, sales pipeline management and sales success
Evidence of managing and negotiating partner agreements
Able to work with an understanding of regulatory requirements surrounding Medical Devices
Proven ability to influence, (appropriately) challenge and engage diverse senior stakeholders
