Telesales Executive
Role Overview
To establish, build and maintain relationships with vet practices by promoting and selling a range of products in accordance with the Company’s policies, strategy and in line with appropriate customer prioritisation.

They have built trusted relationships with stakeholders in animal health across the globe, including veterinarians, livestock professionals and pet owners
Role Requirements
– Promote and sell the company’s products and services with the company sales objectives
– Contribute to the achievement of companies’ targets and own individual KPI targets
– Communicate effectively with customers by telephone, email and online video.
– Processing orders, responding to customer requests for product or technical support.
-Undertake field visits with Territory Managers to build relationships
Person Specifications
– Experience in a Telesales/Customer Service position
– GCSE in a Science subject
– Commutable to Towcester
