Working with Zenopa has been absolutely fantastic! Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a new role but wanting to speed up the process and ensure a higher rate of success! I wasn’t particularly keen to leave my previous position unless the opportunity seemed like the right fit. I had already been frustrated with many recruiters who just wanted to “sell” you the role/company for their own benefit or perhaps seemed to be following a standard script. This is where Libby (and the Zenopa team) set the bar much higher. Libby and Amy at Zenopa really took the time to understand my motivations for being open to work and where my core strengths lie. After a few weeks, both Libby and Amy managed to find TWO different roles that were both perfectly aligned with my background, desires and expectations to progress further in my career. The company I am moving to is exactly what I described in my initial call with the team, and I’m delighted to have signed my contract this week! From the initial messages and calls regarding potential opportunities to the initial interview stages, Libby and Amy were incredibly supportive. They always checked in regularly and made sure I was ready for the next stage, offering support at each step. Even after the final stage interviews, through to negotiating the salary/benefits and finally signing the contract, Zenopa were consistently working to ensure it was a smooth and easy process. In the end, I chose one of the roles Libby put forward, but it was nice to have options, and I appreciated the team’s transparency and willingness to support me throughout. I would recommend Zenopa to anyone who is casually or actively looking for a job; anyone that is currently happy or completely dissatisfied with their current situation; anyone that is comfortable with interviews or needs some extra support and guidance with prepping. No matter what stage you’re at, the Zenopa team will truly make you feel supported and confident in finding the next best opportunity for your professional career. James and Bilal were great; unfortunately, I never took their job offer, as I had a better counteroffer, but the team were very understanding and still gave me great help and advice despite me not choosing them.
