Continence Stomacare

Within Continence/ Stomacare we work with growing businesses seeking Territory Managers, BDM’s, or Key Account Managers.

We have supported companies like Clinimed, Mediplus, Coloplast, and Teleflex find commercial staff to sell their portfolio, whether that be stoma bags, drainage bags, osteotomy bags, abdominal support garments, skincare, sheaths or catheters. 

In Continence/ Stomacare roles the customer base is hospitals and community, including District Nurses and Clinicians within the Bladder & Bowel department. Candidates need to be confident in their ability to sell Consumables with a 50/50 split into hospitals and community. Other key skills we look for include previous experience dealing with procurement or winning tenders when you’re selling a larger quantity of the products.

We advise on the salary you should be offering based on your budget, but as it’s less of a technical sell, this is a great entry-level role for less experienced hires and requires minimal training. Our extensive market maps mean we can pick out which candidates are appropriate inside and outside of the sector, where transferable skills can be utilised.
