Woundcare is a fast pace, consultative sell with an emphasis on how these products help surgeons in the day-to day and the comfort of the patient post-surgery. Products e.g. sutures and surgical staples are sold in high volume so it’s important to manage a range of stakeholders from procurement to surgeons.

We qualify candidates to determine whether they are able to succeed when doing a fast-paced Consumables sale while having the clinical knowledge to demonstrate the benefits the portfolio can offer to both Surgeons and patients over competitors.

Mobility

Within mobility, the right talent can demonstrate successful stakeholder management in a longer sales cycle, identifying the customer need and pain points, and understanding what the portfolio can offer.

The market is less fast pace and more focused on solution-based selling, ensuring each customer is provided with the best quality product and service. This is why we qualify candidates who are able to liaise with teams e.g. procurement, purchasing and loan stores to ensure they integrate successfully into your company.

We’re capable of distinguishing the different areas within mobility whether that’s turning mattresses, beds, hoists etc. so we are able to segment the submarkets and ensure we place the most aligned candidates with your company.
