Digital Health is an up and coming space within MedTech, increasing access to remote healthcare rather than having to go into overcrowded NHS hospitals, as well as enabling patients to confidently take ownership of their own health and wellbeing. The technology is constantly adapting and improving with new apps, wearable devices, telehealth, AI & predictive analytics all moving forward.

Candidates who already work within Digital Health are the first one’s we go to when filling a new role, but there is a lot of interest in moving into Digital Health from Medical Device spaces like Womens Health, Mental Health and Imaging as the market provides an avenue to continue to influence the patient journey and outcome with innovate solutions. Key skills we screen for include relationship building, communication, and aptitude to deliver webinars, during live demos and training sessions to a high standard. We know it’s important for candidates to understand the importance of selling and marketing value, as opposed to presenting all solutions based on cost. They’ll need to understand the customer challenges and create solutions for the individual need as well as being able to liaise with all the relevant stakeholders in the process.
