Infection Prevention

We work with Infection Prevention companies like 3M, Steris and Nanosonics looking for their next Territory Manager or Healthcare Support Manager.

Candidates we work with have experience with key Capital Equipment and Consumables including ultrasound probes, decontamination machines, dressings, disinfectants, ultrasonic cleaners, sterilisation products and air filtration systems. These products are sold to the NHS, private hospitals, and Community Nurses.

We always make sure we’re asking specific questions on their background knowledge of Infection Prevention as a market and their product experience, really trying to get a feel for what transferrable skills they can bring to this role.

We also look into other individuals out of industry if they show a passion for moving into the space because a lot of the roles often don’t require extensive training. This means you get to see a full overview of the market and don’t miss out on individuals who have the skills and drive to succeed in this role.
